new layout and nails

You might have already noticed that I changed my layout a little bit already some time ago but now I'm finally finished, cause I also made a new header. It wasn't that easy since all the newer pictures of myself got erased the time my SD card broke damnit so I had to work with older pics that weren't toooooo old and in quite good quality.

I might change a few little things now and then until I'm completely satisfied.

 since I'm in gaming mood these days I thought it might be something new to pose with game pads. haha.

actually it's a yellowish green but it looks more like yellow in this picture  (*￣m￣) and it also spaaaarkles!

I used some of the little golden hearts I bought from Airi.

Both designs are really simple but I like it that way a lot, so there will be a few other designs like those in the future (*^▽^*)

I've been so enthusiastic about it that I went overboard. Ignoring the fact that I haven't worked with brushes and dotting pens on my nails before and also ignoring the fact that I never used rhinesstones and all that stuff before (though it turned out to be the easiest part. haha). I just couldn't stop and wanted to try everything at the same time.

Of course this just couldn't end good. Haha~!

So I think the black nails have too many dots and it looks sloppy, but I'm very sure that it'll be better next time and that I'll become better and better at it.

At least that's what I'm desperately wishing for! (*^▽^*)

surprise, surprise!!

When I came home yesterday a white envelope was waiting for me.

 I've been really surprised since I've not been expecting it before next week. So I am extra happy that it already arrived, especially because I got so many nail polishes some days before this is just perfect.

Now you might be wondering what's in there.

I'll show you (*^▽^*)

But first things first.

The package is from cutie Airi. She asked some days/weeks ago if anybody is interested in nail art. She had left a ton of things that she doesn't need anymore, because she thinks she sucks at it (her own words!).

So I just couldn't waste this chance and I've been the ultra lucky girl, who answered first, so she sent it to me last week ^_^

and here we go!

Well, it really is a lot of stuff so I'll show you all the supplies I got step by step (^▽^)

Let's begin with the 3D molds:

I have to be honest. I have no clue how to use them, but I'm pretty sure that I'll find some tutorials far far away in the interwebs (^▽^)

I also put all those little rhinestones into a jar, because they also came in a little bag.

I'm so happy. I try to show you some nail art as soon as possible, I just have to set my mind what I want to use first. ^_^

Essence OMG!-Tour

Hello everyone :D

I'm very sorry for not blogging for a while again. Unfortunately my SD-card broke and all the pictures I had taken and wanted to use for posts were gone D:

But here we go again :)

Two girls from work and me decided to check out the Essence OMG! Tour yesterday. You had the chance to win a lot of nail polishes. All you needed was the right ticket and a good technique to grab as many polishes as possible out of the trunk of a car.

We didn't really expect a lot but we wanted to give it a try and maybe go home with a few more nail polishes. Haha.

So we made the deal that if one of us were lucky, we would share.

Well, what to say?

Luck's been on my side. :D

So I did my best to get as many as I could carry. 

(Unfortunately there are no pictures of it now, but the Essence team took a whole lot, maybe I'll post some later when they're published)

I did pretty good I think! 

All together it must have been over 40 polishes, but I didn't count them before I gave some of them to my colleagues. I had 35 left when I went home. But I already gave a lot of the polishes I had twice to friends so I just kept one of every color.

Besides the polishes I also got a smokey eyes set, two liquid eyeliner and gel eyeliner.

I exchanged them for some polishes :)

I managed it to grab 20 different colors, so here they are

 

 NOW I have quite a lot colors plus those I had before (though that aren't too many) in addition to the nail art brushes and dotting pens I showed you last time I can be extremely creative now. Yay!

Excessive nail arts I'm coming! Haha.

I'm even thinking about buying the missing colors, too but as far as I've seen the collection misses some nice green and blue shades. We'll see. :)

some more orders arrived

Today two more orders arrived at my place :)

At first I ordered a set of dotting pens and a set of nail art design brushes. 

both sets were insanely cheap, so I won't regret buying them to refine my nail art skills, even if they turn out to be trash xD

and I also got another wig that I've ordered. I chose a red one since I'm currently craving the good old days when I had red hair. It's just so nice and ... uhm ... red *sigh*

Unfortunately I can't dye my hair red again, 'cuz of my job and I also don't wanna kill them. :'(

But I got really disappointed. It's a very cheap wig and I knew that the quality wouldn't be a sensation, so that's not the problem.

This is what the wig is supposed to look like. Nice dark red, kinda shiny but that shouldn't be a problem at all.

I don't think it's a totally awful color, it might look good when I'm totally dolled up and have that thing styled (plus done something against this extreme shiny shine :D), but it's not what I wanted and waited for. And been hyped up for as I saw the package.

Well, is there anybody who coincidentally knows a good wig shop with real "red" wigs that aren't just party wigs??
I'd really appreciate your help!

P.S. my cam is such a bitch at the moment, I can't wait to get my hands on my new cellphone (also waiting for it to arrive) so I will be able to post some good quality pics again :)

Nails

Vor einer Weile habe ich mir mal wieder etwas mehr Mühe beim Nageldesign gegeben, d.h. ich habe nicht nur einfach schnell eine Farbe draufgeklatscht damit sie nicht nackt sind xD

Ich wollte, dass sie zu dem Korsett passen, das ich an dem Abend tragen wollte. Deswegen habe ich einen rosa Farbverlauf mit einer blauen Nagelspitze verbunden.

und das ist das Ergebnis :)

Some time ago I put a little bit more effort in designing my nails, so I didn't just threw a single color on them xD

I wanted them to fit the corset I planned to wear that evening. That'S why I chose a pink gradient and some blue at the tips.

Und damit ihr nicht vergesst wie ich überhaupt aussehe - ich habe schon viel zu lange keine Bilder mehr von mir gepostet >_< - noch ein Bild von mir. Allerdings ist das auch schon fast ein halbes Jahr alt O_o und ich schaue nicht besonders glücklich. Sorry.

Since I don't want you to forget how I'm actually looking here's also a picture of myself. I haven'T posted any pictures of myself way too long >_< Unfortunately this picture already is almost half a year old and I'm not looking that happy. Sorry for that.

[30 Tage] Tag 25 - Der Tag in aller Ausführlichkeit

Eigentlich wollte ich das Ganze gestern schon machen, also berichte ich vom gestrigen Tag, da der heutige noch nicht so alt ist und ich noch nicht wirklich viel gemacht habe (abgesehen vom bloggen).  

Gestern habe ich es nach einem ganzen Tag Bearbeitungsarbeiten  endlich geschafft mein Layout so herzurichten wie ich es möchte! Das war teilweise wirklich schwere Arbeit und viel Rätselraten

Und jetzt erstrahlt mein Blog in einem pinken Mädchentraum. Haha

Kurz nach Mittag habe ich mich dann an den Abwasch gemacht und beim abtrocknen hat mich doch tatsächlich eine Wespe gestochen - gleich zweimal! Mistvieh! 

Sie hatte sich im Abtrockentuch versteckt.

(sie musste dann auch sterben, weil sie mich verfolgt hat @_@ *Verfolgungswahn* Normalerweise töte ich Wespen nicht. Wenn sie mich in Ruhe lassen, lass ich sie in Ruhe, aber diese wurde richtig aufdringlich)

Ich Drops hab im ersten Moment nicht einmal wirklich begriffen, dass mich eine Wespe gestochen hat. Da war kein Stachel und seit wann stechen Wespen zweimal? Es hat ein paar Momente gedauert bis ich das kapiert hatte und der immer stärker werdende Schmerz hat das tatkräftig unterstützt.

Schon seit über 13 Jahren hatte ich keinen Wespenstich und wusste gar nicht mehr wie es sich anfühlt. Jetzt wurde ich schmerzlich daran erinnert.

Darauf hätte ich auch gut und gerne verzichten können

Etwas später am Nachmittag bin ich mit Max nochmal zu einem Schuhhof gefahren, weil meine Schwester, als sie mich besucht hat, so tolle Stiefel anhatte, dass ich sie mir auch kaufen wollte. Leider hab ich in keinem Schuhladen auch nur annähernd solche Stiefel gefunden Ärgerlich.

Als ich wieder -sehr unfrieden mit der Schuhwelt- zu Hause war ,entschloss ich mich das P2 French Manicure Set und die P2 Nailsticker, die mir Max' Mum einen Tag zuvor gekauft hat , auszuprobieren.

Ich finde das Set für den Preis wirklich gut und auch die Sticker halten gut (ich habe zur Sicherheit trotzdem einen Überlack benutzt)

Die Farben sind sehr dezent und im Endergebnis sehr hübsch.

Jedoch sind die Schablonen, die im Set enthalten sind gar nicht geeignet. Sie kleben so sehr, dass man die erste Schicht Nagellack gleich wieder mit abzieht  
Ok es könnte auch sein das der Lack Mist ist, weil er so leicht abgeht. Ich kann jetzt nicht wirklch nachweisen wer der Übeltäter ist

Ich werde sie beim nächsten Versuch also nicht mehr verwenden und mir entweder andere zulegen oder das freihand lackieren üben - mal sehen.

Ich finde, dafür dass ich das zum ersten Mal gemacht habe (ich bin nämlich eigentlich richtig faul was das designen von meinen Fingernägeln betrifft. Ich trage sehr sehr selten Nagellack) ganz ansehlich geworden ist.

Eigentlich wollte ich gar nicht so viele Sakura-Sticker benutzen, aber ich musste ja die Stellen etwas abdecken, bei denen der Lack abgezogen wurde (weil ich zu faul war nochmal von vorn anzufangen xD)

Meine Finger glänzen noch vom Nagellackentferner, weil ich natürlich über den Rand gemalt hab.

Wie findet ihr meinen ersten Frenchnail-Versuch?

Edit:  Mir fällt gerade auf wie gut meine Sakura-Nails zu meinem Layout passen. haha
